- 1-2 Carrots (ribbons)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- Ground cumin seeds
- Chopped parsley
- Chopped chives
- Chopped spring onions
- Juice of 1 lemon
